To promote the new Outlander Sport, Mitsibushi has rigged a robot inside a car on a closed course. The robot is connected it to the web and is controlled by users. Although I am having firewall troubles, I'm watching others drive. (Pretty f*&cking cool!!)
No word yet on whether or not Google will develop a self-aware robot driver that can control Mitsubishi's robot.

UPDATE: The 90 seconds isn't that fun--it's pretty difficult to control, especially since there's no brake button. After doing the 90-second robot test drive, Mitsubishi offers $25 to test drive the car in real life.
